Tutor Counselors, Activities Counselors, and Head Residents
Six-week summer residential program for high school students preparing for college.

Tutor/Counselors assist in the development of high school aged learners as they work to complete exciting, hands-on scientific investigations and learn to present their findings both orally and in written form. Tutor Counselors become an integral part of this experience as they also supervise students in the residence halls, chaperon field trips, and plan & lead a variety of activities designed to promote strong study skills, and positive social behaviors, as well as activities that provide recreational and cultural experiences. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for personal and professional development.
Activities Counselors play a pivot role in the development of high school aged students as they plan and lead a variety of social, recreational, cultural, team-building, initiative and academic activities. Activities Counselors supervise students in the residence halls, chaperon field trips, and plan & lead a variety of evening and weekend activities designed to promote self-confidence and positive social behaviors, as well as activities that provide recreational, educational and cultural experiences. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for personal and professional development.
Head Residents coordinate summer residence program; Supervise students and Tutor/Counselors; Assist in training of Tutor/Counselors; Chaperon field trips; Plan & lead recreational, initiative, & team building activities; Plan & lead staff development activities; Create, maintain, & enforce safe, positive & productive residence hall living environment. Head Residents must have a Bachelors Degree.
When: June 15 to July 31 (includes one week of staff training)
